Family Apartment

This project is custom designed for three brothers and their families living together in one complex yet having their individual spaces and privacy.

This is planned with stilt plus three levels and an additional fourth floor for common amenities. The parking and services occupy the stilt level. Above the three apartments, the family entertainment lounge cum bar along with a terrace pool and a fitness centre is designed at the fourth floor.

Being in the heart of the city and land being scarce, every Sqft. of space has been utilized without much wastage.
