This project is a large development in the affordable housing segment. Ranging from studio units of 330 sq. ft. to 3BHk of 850 sq. ft., the project is envisaged as cost-efficient with value for money features.
Aluminum formwork technology-based construction for all walls and floors with multiple repetitions have been adopted for this project to speed up the construction timelines. A water canal runs through the site dividing it into two land parcels giving us a central green belt acting as a great lung space for the community free of vehicular movement.
