This three-storeyed facility has a mixed usage with testing labs for their clients on the ground floor and the two upper levels of IT offices.
The building is simple in its design approach with a triple-height atrium at the entrance acting as the vertical connection with a glass skylight. An elegant cantilevered helical staircase sits here as part of the vertical core.
While the labs have direct access from the ground floor, the reception lobby for the software offices is at the first level. Being an internal space another hemispherical skylight brings in ample natural light into this space.
