This project is specifically designed for the parking of new vehicles and commercial spares storage on the lower floors with a penthouse for the owners on the top floor. Since the site is in a developed colony with houses close by, the dwelling needed to be inward in its outlook for maximum privacy as desired by the client.
Hence, a central open to sky courtyard is the focus of this design with all spaces looking into it. This green space with a Buddha statue fixes the axial alignment. A pergola cover above makes it secure from any ingress.
The success lay in meeting all the requirements of the client within a limited space, with an open plan, lots of glass for transparency, yet giving it a feeling of seclusion from the immediate surrounding.
