This commercial building is designed for multi-tenant occupancy with the developer’s requirements in mind. The placement of the vertical circulation and service core across the floor plan achieves just that, with minimum common area consumed, making it an efficient floor plate.
All this is done to facilitate dividing the floor for two separate occupants, if the need arises.. All the services have been placed along the western side, protecting the floor from the midday sun.
