The Grey Suites is a Business Hotel on the outskirts of Chennai catering largely to the industrial belt around that region. The guests of the hotel would largely consist of young project professionals who would spend minimal daytime at the property and enjoy the spaces during weekends.
The brief was to create a functional and easy to maintain business hotel, and include the main restaurant, bar, banquets and 100 plus keys. Simple aesthetics were adopted while designing the hotel, while keeping strict control over budgets.
